Damages & Issues
We highly recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. You are free to ask the carrier to wait while you open the package to ensure there are no visible damages or missing items.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item following our return process. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Products with opened or torn lamination will not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us first at Info@ibtasim.shop. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
